ARTICOLO 1 - PRESENTAZIONE INTRODUCTION
L’E.N.D.A.S. indice ed organizza un Torneo a carattere internazionale denominato 13° Torneo
Internazionale Giovanile del Centenario James Spensley 2005 - Coppa Giuseppe Piccardo - in collaborazione
con:
• C.O.N.I. Regionale della Liguria
• Associazione dei Sostenitori Genoani
E con la partecipazione di:
• Regione Liguria
• Provincie di Genova ed altri Comuni interessati
• Consigli di Circoscrizione del Comune di Genova
• Le Aziende di promozione Turistica della Liguria.
Che si disputerà dal 7 all’11 Settembre 2005 presso gli impianti sportivi nei giorni e negli orari specificati
nel Calendario stabilito dal Comitato Organizzatore.
The Genoa Cricket and Football Clubsummons and organizes an international Tourney named 13 th Torneo Internazionale Giovanile del Centenario James Spensley 2005 - Coppa Giuseppe Piccardo - in collaboration with:
• The Regional C.O.N.I. of Liguria
• The E.N.D.A.S.
• The Associations of Genoa’s supporters
And the partecipation of:
• The Liguria’s Region
• The Liguria’s Province
• The Genoa’s Commune and the other Liguria’s interested Communes
• The Council of Circoscriptions of Genoa’s Commune
That will be plaied from September 7 to September 11, 2005 on the playground and at the hours specified in the
Calendar fixed by Organieze Committee.
ARTICOLO 2 - CATEGORIA DI PARTECIPAZIONE E LIMITI DI ETÀ
PARTECIPATING CATEGORY AND AGE LIMITS
Il Torneo é riservato ai calciatori appartenenti alla Categoria “Giovanissimi B” nati dal 1° Gennaio 1992 al compimento anagrafico del 12° anno di età.
The Tourney is reserved to the football players born from January 1 th, 1992 and that have 12 years of age and regularly registered to their National Football Federation.
ARTICOLO 3 - ELENCHI GIOCATORI PLAYER’S LIST
Le Società partecipanti dovranno presentare all’organizzazione del Torneo, prima del suo inizio, l’elenco dei giocatori che intendono utilizzare, fino ad un massimo di 18; dopo l’avvenuta consegna è proibito apportare modifiche a tali elenchi.
Nelle distinte da presentare all’arbitro prima della gara, saranno indicati fino ad un massimo di 18 giocatori.
The Teams will must to hand in to Organize Committee, before the start of Tourney, a note containing the names of all players that will play the match, (maximum 18 players).
In the note that must present to the arbiter will be signed a maximum of 18 players.
ARTICOLO 4 - SOSTITUZIONI PLAYER’S LIST
Sono consentite e caldamente raccomandate n° 7 (sette) sostituzioni, indipendentemente dal ruolo ed in qualsiasi momento della gara.
Are permitted n° 7 (seven) sobstitutions, indipendent from the rule and in not import in when part of the game.

ARTICOLO 6 - FORMULA DEL TORNEO DEVELOPMENT OF TOUNEY
Il Torneo si svolgerà secondo le seguenti formule:
The Tourney will be plaied according to the following rules:
a) GIRONI ELIMINATORI
Le 16 squadre partecipanti saranno suddivise in 4 gironi eliminatori e si incontreranno in gare di sola andata.
Le classifiche saranno redatte in base ai seguenti criteri:
• 3 punti per la vittoria;
• 1 punto per il pareggio.
In caso di parità di punteggio valgono i criteri in ordine elencati:
• esito degli scontri diretti;
• differenza reti sul totale degli incontri disputati;
• maggior numero di reti segnate sul totale degli incontri disputati;
• sorteggio.
a) ELIMINATORY SERIES
The 16 Teams will be subdivide by the O.C. i 4 eliminatorie series.
The Teams of each eliminatory series will meet in first elimiatories matches:
• For each victorious match will be assigned 3 points;
• For each drew match will be assigned 1 point;
In case of drew from two or plus Teams the winner will be the Team with:
• Winner of a direct game;
• The best goals difference;
• The major number of goals signed on the totals of plaied games;
• Drawing.
b) OTTAVI DI FINALE, QUARTI, SEMIFINALI, FINALE
Disputeranno gli ottavi di finale 16 squadre: le 4 squadre classificate al primo posto contro le 4 squadre classificate al terzo posto, le 4 squadre classificate al secondo posto contro le 4 squadre classificate al quarto posto dei gironi eliminatori in base ai criteri sopraindicati.
Le 8 squadre vincenti le gare degli ottavi disputeranno i quarti di finale.
Le 4 squadre vincenti le gare dei quarti disputeranno le semifinali.
Le 2 squadre vincenti le gare di semifinale disputeranno la finale.
Le gare degli ottavi, dei quarti, delle semifinali e la finale saranno disputate ad eliminazione diretta ed in caso di parità, al termine dei tempi regolamentari si procederà all’esecuzione dei calci di rigore con le modalità stabilite dalla regola n° 7 delle regole del gioco e delle decisioni ufficiali.
b) EIGHT-FINALS, QUARTER-FINALS, SEMI-FINALS AND FINAL
16 Teams will play the eight-finals: the 4 Teams classificated at the first place against, the 4 Teams classificated at the fourth place and the 4 Teams on the second place against the 4 Teams at the third place of eliminatory series.
The eight winners Teams of the matches of the eight-finals will play the quartes-finals.
The 4 Teams winners the matches of quarters-finals will play the semifinals.
The 2 Teams winners the semifinals matches will play the final.
The matches of eight-finals, quarter-final, semifinals and final will be plaied by direct eliminatory and, in case of drew, at the endof regular parts, will match by penalty-kicks according to the rule n°7 of the game’s rules and official establishments.
ARTICOLO 7 - TEMPI DI GARA GAME’S TIMES
Le gare si svolgeranno in 2 tempi della durata di 25 minuti ciascuno, con intervallo tra i due tempi di 10 minuti.
The matches will be plaied in two parts of 25 minutes each.
ARTICOLO 8 - DISCIPLINA DEL TORNEO DISCIPLINARY REGULATIONS
La disciplina del Torneo viene affidata al Giudice Sportivo del Comitato Regionale ligure ENDAS.
The disciplinary regulations is entrust to the Sportiv Judge of ENDAS Regional Commitee of Liguria.
ARTICOLO 9 - AUTOMATISMO DELLE SANZIONI AUTOMACTICALLY MEASURES
È previsto l’automatismo delle sanzioni con le seguenti modalità:
• Il giocatore espulso durante una gara non potrà partecipare alla gara successiva, salvo maggiori sanzioni inflitte dal Giudice Sportivo;
• Il giocatore che nel corso del Torneo incorre nella seconda ammonizione sarà squalificato per una gara su declaratoria del Giudice Sportivo.
Is prewiews the authomatisms of disciplinary measures according to the following rules:
• The expelled player will not be able to partecipate to the next game. The Judge will can apply others disciplinary measures;
• The player that during the Tourney gives two recallings will be squalificated for a game on declaration from Judge.
ARTICOLO 10 - RECLAMI COMPLAINTS
Eventuali reclami dovranno essere presentati entro 30 minuti dalla fine della gara accompagnati dalla tassa di € 16 (Euro sedici). Copia del reclamo dovrà essere consegnata alla controparte sempre al termine dei 30 minuti dalla fine della gara.
If some Teams have complaints these must be presented before of 30 minutes from the end of the game paying € 16 for taxes. A copy of the complaint will must consigned to the other part before of 30 minutes from the end of the game.
ARTICOLO 11 - NORME GENERALI GENERAL RULES
Per quanto non contemplato nel presente Regolamento valgono le disposizioni dei Regolamenti Federali in quanto compatibili e quelle riportate sul comunicato ufficiale n° 1 del Settore Giovanile e Scolastico relativo alla stagione sportiva 2005/2006.
For all that is not contemplated in this Rules will be applicated the rules of Federal Rules and the rules reported in the official communicate n° 1 of the F.I.G.C. - Field for Young and Schoolastics Activities and concerning the season 2005/2006.
ARTICOLO 12 - REGOLE RULES
Il Torneo sarà diretto secondo le Regole della International Football Association Board (I.F.A.B.) ultima edizione.
The Tourney will be direct according to the Rules of International Football Association Board (I.F.A.B.) last edition.
